The Referral Process: ConnectEd supports and works with a wide variety of students within the East Anglian region. Once the referral has been made ConnectEd will do the rest! Contact will be made with the parents, the type and level of support will be agreed between ConnectEd, the Student and The School and the ConnectEd Induction Programme will be put in place. Once the student starts with ConnectEd, their progress is closely monitored and the referring school is kept informed throughout.
